The scanner allows you to easily digitize your family archives or quickly email articles or photos; with 1, 200 x 4, 800 dpi resolution, 48-bit color, and 256-level gray scale, images come through sharply focused with accurate, realistic tones. The maximum original size is 8.5 by 14 inches.

Basic functions are accessible through the one-touch keypad. A 400-sheet paper tray is included; the outgoing tray capacity is 50 sheets of plain paper or 20 sheets of photo.
