AXIS Q3505-V is a high-performance, vandal-resistant fixed dome forhigh-security applications indoors. The camera is available withwide or telephoto lens. The camera delivers HDTV 1080p video at upto 60 frames per second, providing smooth video even when capturingfast movements.

The camera Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) Forensic Capturecapability provides perfectly balanced video quality in scenes withstrong variations in light, while the Lightfinder technologyenables outstanding image usability in poor light. The camera canseamlessly transition between handling WDR and low-lightconditions. AXIS Q3505-V also supports Axis Electronic ImageStabilization (EIS), which greatly improves video quality insituations where the camera is subject to vibration.

Furthermore, the camera supports barrel distortion correctionand includes optical zoom that can be used when monitoring a scene. When using the optical zoom for monitoring, an operator can zoom inon an object, or the camera can zoom in automatically when theGatekeeper functionality is applied.

AXIS Q3505-V is designed for reliable and vandal-resistantinstallation. It has IK10 impact resistance and IP52-rated dust andwater protection. If the camera is hit, the shock detectioncapability can send an alarm to alert an operator. The camerasversatile cable management features service loop space and optionalconnection to any type of conduit.

AXIS Q3505-V includes a mounting bracket for mounting onjunction boxes or directly on walls or ceilings, and supportsaccessories for recessed mounting or mounting on pendants. Theremote zoom and focus capability provides convenient zooming andfocusing over the network, eliminating the need for hands-onfine-tuning. The cameras leveling assistant and autorotation aidsare useful at installation to ensure horizontally aligned andcorrectly rotated images wherever or however the cameras aremounted.
